Foreclosures, foreclosures, foreclosures

Trulia lets you search ‘em.

Zillow lets you talk about ‘em. (Love the contextual advertising!)

Now Hotpads lets you map ‘em. Very cool (and scary, depending on where you live) feature on Hotpads lets you map, county-by-county, the number of foreclosures near you.

Just click on Heat Maps and then choose Foreclosures by Capita. High number areas are colored Red, cooler areas are colored light blue.

Lookig for a site to place an ad

One day I decided to post my house description on http://www.webclassifieds.us . I registered and this site was generating my account. But I thought that I could post my house. I saw an advertising that said: "Post free ad". I thought: "I can post my house here". I didn't understand that it was an advertising and I clicked at it. It was http://www.elistz.net. And I was surprised when I was asked to register again.

Then I posted my ad but I saw that it wasn't the first site! "Oh. What can I do??"- I asked. And one person helped me. She said me that I had clicked on advertising. And then I posted my home at http://www.webclassifieds.us.

I had bonus because I found a new site and it was very good.)))

An interesting poll on Zillow blog

Today almost everybody is interested in politics. But real estate companies always behave as real estate companies. Even when they speak about presidential elections.

For example Zillow blog (http://www.zillowblog.com/) published a poll asking "Which presidential candidate, if any, would you most like to be your neighbor in 2008?"
As for me I realized that I never thought about future president from so personal point of view.

And even more - my answer is different to the answer to the question "Whom are you going to vote for?"

Thanks Zillow!

Scores at www.fizber.com

You must know that I found really great site and I will say about its services.
When I came to this website I went into services because I haven’t got enough money and wish to buy a home.)))) So I decided to know some interesting things. The first that I found was drive score. There is quote from site: “Drive Score shows a map of what establishments are in a property’s neighborhood and calculates a Drive Score based on the number of places within a convenient driving distance. With Drive Score, buyers can see how close establishments are by car. Homes are often located in an area where restaurants, libraries, grocery stores, hospitals and other businesses are easier to get to by car than on foot.” There are walk score and job score and school score, but these scores can use when you list your home here.

Then I went to services again and saw there climate watch. If you are so lazy I will type what is it here, but if aren’t so lazy you can read it here. Climate lookup is Fizber's new service which allows homebuyers to check what the climate is like in another town or city all year round before they move there. The following feature was designed to help people avoid potential problems when they move to a new town, city or state and make it easier to enjoy a relaxing, stress free life there.
