When I came to this website I went into services because I haven’t got enough money and wish to buy a home.)))) So I decided to know some interesting things. The first that I found was drive score. There is quote from site: “Drive Score shows a map of what establishments are in a property’s neighborhood and calculates a Drive Score based on the number of places within a convenient driving distance. With Drive Score, buyers can see how close establishments are by car. Homes are often located in an area where restaurants, libraries, grocery stores, hospitals and other businesses are easier to get to by car than on foot.” There are walk score and job score and school score, but these scores can use when you list your home here.
Then I went to services again and saw there climate watch.

Climate lookup is Fizber's new service which allows homebuyers to check what the climate is like in another town or city all year round before they move there. The following feature was designed to help people avoid potential problems when they move to a new town, city or state and make it easier to enjoy a relaxing, stress free life there.
